• All equipment (including routers, ONTs, STBs, etc.) provided by WorldMedia Server is our property and is licensed to you for use during your subscription.

• Customers must ensure the safety and proper use of all installed equipment.

• Lost or damaged equipment will be subject to additional charges.

• Relocation of services is possible, subject to feasibility and applicable service charges.

3. Billing & Payments

• Services are billed on a monthly cycle, and invoices must be paid by the due date.

• Late payments may result in service suspension or penalties.

• Prepaid customers must recharge in advance to maintain uninterrupted service.

• All prices are subject to applicable taxes and may change with prior notice.

4. Fair Usage & User Responsibilities

• Services must only be used for legal and authorized activities.

• You agree not to redistribute, resell, or misuse the service in any form.

• Any use of the service for unlawful or malicious activity may result in immediate termination without notice.

5. Service Availability

• We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from service disruption.

6. Termination & Refund Policy

• If applicable, refunds will be processed for any remaining prepaid balance, minus any outstanding dues or charges for damaged/unreturned equipment.

• Service may be terminated by WorldMedia Server at any time for violation of terms or policy breaches.
